Car Rental Agent - Munich Airport m/w/dStellenbeschreibung
What do we expect from you
As a Car Rental Agent you will contribute to the success of our company by assisting customers with their vehicle rentals while ensuring a positive customer experience. To become an expert on our fleet and additional products and successfully promote and sell them to our customers. You should be ready to receive cash and credit card payments on behalf of the company and also assist your rental station with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent English, German is a bonus.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week including day and/or evening and weekend hours
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- You must be outgoing and sales oriented personality
- Clean driving licence
- Additional foreign language and/or customer facing experience is a plus
- Living near by the Airport is a plus
