Miltenyi Biotec | Bergisch Gladbach
Take charge of every project's strategy and execution; manage resources, organize and prioritize tasks within your team to support our business goals; collaborate closely with other R&D groups and departments as well as Miltenyi Biomedicine; spearhead strategic global collaborations with universities, hospitals, and research institutions; publish your research results in esteemed scientific journals, while also contributing to patent filings and expanding our network of collaborators across academia and biopharmaceutical companies. With a PhD in biology, immunology, or a related field, you possess exceptional scientific and professional skills, particularly in T cell engineering/T cell immunotherapy, obtained in an industrial or postdoctoral setting. Strong expertise and a proven publication record in adoptive T cell therapies, including cell-based bioassays and in vivo models in autoimmune diseases or cancer, are essential. Experience in CAR- or TCR-based therapies, early preclinical lead selection, and CMC-related work for phase I clinical trials is a plus. Furthermore, your ability to lead and manage a team, identify and develop talent, as well as effectively delegate tasks, along with your project management and resource planning skills will be highly valued.
