Senior Account Manager / Associate Client Partner Retail & Consumer Goods
Your impact will be substantial as you drive and lead the stewardship of several clients, taking on the role of their PS leader and ensuring profitable year-over-year growth. You will bring your industry expertise to the table, formulating viable hypotheses on the future of digital business transformation for our clients. Building relationships at the highest management levels, you will shape and drive the overall transformation agenda. As you oversee the PS Account Plan and cultivate 360-degree relationships with your clients, you will deliver measured sales and revenue growth, both in existing and new projects, ensuring overall satisfaction. Additionally, you will develop a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years and manage tactical executions for the full range of PS services. Your efforts will extend beyond the CIO level as you foster deeper relationships with customer CXOs through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities, account references, and PR/media opportunities. Proposals and negotiations will be in your capable hands, with the focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both PS and our clients. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets will be a key responsibility, and you will ensure that contractual arrangements align with defined commercial goals. To maintain customer satisfaction, you will orchestrate stakeholders from the delivery side of our organization, advocating for your clients internally and forecasting opportunities in our PS CRM pipeline. Your thorough understanding of the PS GTM offerings, brand, and network building will enable you to identify cross-selling opportunities across different practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams. Your exceptional performance, in terms of goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovations, and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community, will be crucial in this role.
